1st Transnational Project Meeting: A Successful Collaboration at the Faculty of Economics, Skopje

On June 13 and 14, 2022, Faculty of Economics – Skopje, University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, North Macedonia, hosted the 1st Transnational Project Meeting. This significant event brought together 12 representatives from all four partner institutions involved in the project, marking a vital step in the collaborative efforts.

Topics of Discussion

During the two-day meeting, several key topics were discussed, reflecting the comprehensive scope and strategic direction of the project:

  1. Current State of the Project and Points of Attention The meeting began with an overview of the project’s current status, highlighting critical points of attention. This set the stage for subsequent discussions and ensured all participants were aligned on the project’s progress and immediate priorities.
  2. Project Management, Implementation, and Documentation Effective project management was a focal point, with detailed discussions on implementation strategies and the importance of thorough documentation. These aspects are crucial for the project’s smooth execution and accountability.
  3. Quality Assurance, Monitoring, and Dissemination Ensuring the quality of outcomes and the systematic monitoring of progress were emphasized. Additionally, strategies for disseminating the project’s findings and results were explored, aiming for maximum impact and outreach.
  4. Planned Activities Implementation and Reporting The meeting included detailed planning for upcoming activities and established reporting mechanisms for the next period. This forward-looking approach helps maintain momentum and ensures timely completion of project milestones.
  5. Presentation of Project Result 1 – State-of-Art Analysis A significant highlight was the presentation of the first project result, the State-of-Art Analysis. This analysis provides a foundational understanding of the current landscape and sets the stage for future research and activities.
  6. Presentation and Testing of the Research Protocol The research protocol was presented, followed by initial testing and data collection. This hands-on approach allowed participants to engage with the protocol directly, providing valuable feedback and ensuring its robustness for future research phases.
